“The Australian film industry is thriving. I think Red Dog is a terrific film,” he said.

Drowning is featured on a Region 2 DVD called Boys On Film 6: Pacific Rim, a collection of eight gay-themed short films released by Peccadillo Pictures. Now, I got mine from an individual seller on Amazon.com, but it appears it is no longer available...
